IP address: your IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. Sharing your personal information with affiliates and third-party partners: If you have previously agreed to receive marketing communications from our affiliates or third-party partners, you may opt-out of our sharing of your personal information with these parties for direct marketing purposes by contacting us via the contact form. Please note that if you opt-out as described above, we will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of our affiliates with whom we have already shared your information (i.e., as of the date of implementation of your opt-out request). Please also note that if you unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages from us, we may still send you important transactional and administrative messages, which you cannot unsubscribe from.

 

8. How you can access, modify or delete your personal information

If you wish to access, correct, update, restrict or delete your personal information, or if you wish to request an electronic copy of your personal information for transmission to another company (to the extent that such rights are granted to you by applicable law), please contact us via the contact form. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible and no later than one month after receipt. If circumstances cause a delay in our response, you will be promptly informed and given a date.

 

9. Cross-border transfer

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country in the world where we have facilities or service providers, and by using our services or providing us with your consent (where required by law), your information may be transferred to any country in the world outside your country of residence.
