By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). This is an Agreement between you and Lagap SA, via Morosini 3, 6943 Vezia, Switzerland ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") relating to your use of the Primeview digital Webpage, which can be accessed at https://www.primeviewletestdigital.com (the "Site").

This site is intended for residents of Switzerland. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or, if not, that you have obtained your parent's or guardian's consent to enter into this agreement. The sole authoritative reference relating to the medicine and its use is the Swiss Compendium of Medicinal Products or a link referring to the Swiss Compendium of Medicinal Products and the official publication of the packaging leaflet approved by Swissmedic. For unregistered medicinal products sold in Switzerland, only the official package leaflet is authentic.
3. Exclusion of warranties

8. Our right to use submissions
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of your Submissions. For each submission, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully assignable licence (sub-licensing to multiple third parties possible), without additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform and broadcast (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works, adapt, modify, store and otherwise use, analyse and exploit such Submission, and to contact you regarding your Submission, in any format or media now known or later developed, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes such as testimonials and advertising).
We are entitled to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in or derived from any Submission for any purpose whatsoever, including developing, manufacturing and marketing products. Therefore, please do not submit or send us any ideas, suggestions or materials that you wish to remain confidential, or for which you expect to receive compensation. You will have no recourse against us in respect of the use or non-use of submissions. When you submit Submissions, you understand that we will have the right, but not the obligation, to use, display and publish your name, photo, likeness, voice, performance, biographical information and/or statements, worldwide for life on the Site and on any affiliated or successor sites or social media channels that we or our affiliates own or operate. We may impose a maximum storage amount for Submissions on the Site. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the deletion or failure to store any messages, communications or other Submissions associated with maintaining the maximum storage amount.
9. Acceptable use and rules of conduct
You must not :

Use any robot, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, crawl or otherwise collect any Site Content, or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site, without our express prior written consent. 11. Applicable law; jurisdiction
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and regardless of your location. All disputes between you and us arising out of or relating to the Site or this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue or inconvenient forum in respect of such courts.
12. Our right to make changes
Please note that we will change this Agreement from time to time as our services and needs change. Accordingly, this Agreement may be terminated or changed without notice as deemed appropriate.
